What's the vibe like in the HR dept at Gartner? How many hours are you working?

The vibe is fantastic. Not only are we doing rewarding and exciting “best in class” work, but we are more laid back and humanistic than other HR departments. We’re tight knit and highly collaborative. Hours are flexible - I’m a morning person so I work 8am-4pm. Others work 9-5. I never work overtime, even in busy season!
