GE Aviation Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Above average pay, nice bonus program, excellent benefits

I enjoy the RSUs more than the options.

The permissive vacation plan for salaried employees empowers us to take the time off needed to relax and rejuvenate! A huge perk!!

401k matching is very competitive

Most probably salary and bonus

Any sort of health insurance is a terrific perk anymore.

Medical and dental benefits awr good . Could be better

Bonus based on shared sucess

Retirement benefits are good and appreciated.

We have a very good 401k plan.

We have a great 401k plan.

Great health care at a reasonable cost

Permissive time off, excellent healthcare and personal life benefits are just a few of the quality parts of our benefits package.

It is very good and well rounded.

Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Maybe having a leadership team that dosnt lie and hide stuff from you constantly

Compensation is political in this place.

I know there are major salary discrepencies for gender and experince or calue

The job i am doing is not what i was hired to do

I could definitely leave and make more money in cash compensation. That's part of the story. The health benefits are also nothing to write home about. More robust health insurance and pay commensurate with experience would make me feel better. Degrees can be useful, but so can experience.

GE Aviation does not pay competitive wages based on geographic location. Wages are set by national averages and/or the greater Cincinnati area (headquarters location).

Review from Engineering Dept

I think the vacation package could be better as well as holidays
