Fully transparent, makes every employee feel like a part of the team.
I feel they are supportive and try to help clear roadblocks.
I like the transparency of the executive team. They are honest and they try to do the right thing.
We're provided with the necessary tools to get our jobs done.
Willing to push for employee training and advocates for employee well being
There is a huge disconnect between Leadership and the floor for the most part. This company makes it hard to report stuff and frowns on it. They do whatever they can to hide discrimination and harassment. Meanwhile their PR team talks about how diversified and open the company is its all a lie.
Working on the right stuff that comports with customer expectations.
The leadership team should just go away. The shop teams understand what to do and how to do it. Management is simply unnecessary at this point.
Anything. They make it so unbearabe to work
Communication and follow through on promises
Above average pay, nice bonus program, excellent benefits
I enjoy the RSUs more than the options.
The permissive vacation plan for salaried employees empowers us to take the time off needed to relax and rejuvenate! A huge perk!!
401k matching is very competitive
Most probably salary and bonus
Maybe having a leadership team that dosnt lie and hide stuff from you constantly
Compensation is political in this place.
I know there are major salary discrepencies for gender and experince or calue
The job i am doing is not what i was hired to do
I could definitely leave and make more money in cash compensation. That's part of the story. The health benefits are also nothing to write home about. More robust health insurance and pay commensurate with experience would make me feel better. Degrees can be useful, but so can experience.
We work together, all very professional and our eyes are on one target
My team is very talented and career motivated.
Sometimes feels like there's too many meetings, however this seems to be the case everywhere.
Everyone is eager to learn new things. Teammates are willing to provide feedback and suggestions.
Good people and years on my job
Communication with in our work station
get rid of teaming there are to many fake people in this place teaming promotes discrimination and makes it easier for the company to get away with.
Meetings are short. Employees content to be there because they feel they're not being listened too
Family oriented, professional organization top to bottom
I think we have made a lot of progress in diversity and inclusion.
Very positive culture and work environment. Collaborative!
Very respectful and supportive atmosphere
Good and the environment in also good
A union to help with the fairness and equality.
It is encouraged by management to manipulate and lie to people.
Better leadership who are not obsseaaed with wokeness
Replace management with oeople who care about people
Management should be promoted from within company and site should not operate as a stepping stone in ones career need more roots in bedded
Meet future team members, all experts
I was hired at a job fair s the process was quick.
I already had a lot of experience with the company, so interview questions were pretty easy for me.
Interview conversations were laid back and informal, felt like I was talking with long time friends.
Technical interview provided a great opportunity to showcase my background and how I would be successful on the job despite not having experience in all areas desired
Hiring managers use people as interview bait most of the time the job is already spoken for before its posted.
Its about who you know not what you know or can learn
Solving highly complex business challenges.
I enjoy what I do, and I'm given the freedom and the tools needed without micromanagement. I feel that I'm making a daily positive impact!
Challenging work, good pay, good benefits
The product going to customer with quality.
Just going home every day
culture and how hourly employees are treated
Lack of challenging work at the people leader level, underutilization of talent at people leader level, no incentive to be a people leader/ culture too focused on technical career path vs organizational leadership leading to poor leadership at senior levels, promotion at remote sites only if diverse
