Asked to all employees at GE Aviation

  • Not very fairly. I was terminated from my new position because I could not do the job properly. Instead of moving me back to the position I excelled at. I constantly told everyone I was struggling. Asked for extra training and brought my concerns to management, production coordinator and HR. I was allowed to continue failing until I was terminated. Where is the concern for the employee and not the product?
