What's the vibe like in the Product dept at GE Aviation? How many hours are you working?
I work approximately 50 hours a week. The vibe is nothing is changed management wants the work out but doesn't have a clue what the workers are dealing with to get it the work out. Bad communication and unwilling to listen to solutions from the hourly workers to fix simple problems
