There is a huge disconnect between Leadership and the floor for the most part. This company makes it hard to report stuff and frowns on it. They do whatever they can to hide discrimination and harassment. Meanwhile their PR team talks about how diversified and open the company is its all a lie.

Working on the right stuff that comports with customer expectations.

The leadership team should just go away. The shop teams understand what to do and how to do it. Management is simply unnecessary at this point.

Maybe having a leadership team that dosnt lie and hide stuff from you constantly

Compensation is political in this place.

I know there are major salary discrepencies for gender and experince or calue

The job i am doing is not what i was hired to do

I could definitely leave and make more money in cash compensation. That's part of the story. The health benefits are also nothing to write home about. More robust health insurance and pay commensurate with experience would make me feel better. Degrees can be useful, but so can experience.

get rid of teaming there are to many fake people in this place teaming promotes discrimination and makes it easier for the company to get away with.

Meetings are short. Employees content to be there because they feel they're not being listened too

Lack of challenging work at the people leader level, underutilization of talent at people leader level, no incentive to be a people leader/ culture too focused on technical career path vs organizational leadership leading to poor leadership at senior levels, promotion at remote sites only if diverse
