What is the best part about your compensation package?
The hourly pay. Health insurance would be better without the co-insurance
There is a bonus at the end of the year except this year when our division lost money
Generally very good in the market

Everyone feels included in what is going on
Friendly, positive, supportive and subject matter experts.
We are all in the circle of trust and stand up for each other no matter what, if we are wrong we take it as a learning lesson as a team not singleing anyone out.

I would rate work environment in the middle of positive and negative
No matter if youre on the commercial side or marketing to engineering, we are a team worh a common goal. To move the company forward & keep our customers happy & make sure they feel supported.
