Review from Finance Dept

Review from IT Dept

Review from Executive Dept

Good medical insurance, good 401k company matching

Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Increased workload over past 6 months without adjustment in compensation.

Review from Finance Dept

Company benefits have not changed in alignment with the current inflationary environment for years. Some benefits, example: insurance is degrading YoY, seems we're squeezing provider.. provider continuously rejecting claims.. we now have to pay 20% Co-payment!!!

Review from Sales Dept

Since the role I fill covers all the activities of the organization, there is no single person to whom all the information about my successes or failures is concentrated. And so, in fact, the compensation is not aligned accordingly.

Review from Executive Dept

Every year the perks are less, If I compared to 10 years ago, we had better options.

Review from Operations Dept

I would appreciate country specific inflation rates when it comes to compensation. Sadly not all the countries are on the same level with the salary base and benefits, inflation rates also differ so even if on a global level it might seem like a fair compensation, locally might not be enough.

Review from HR Dept

both local benchmark and comparison with my global peers showing me gap in my package. In my view global leaders with global teams must be paid based on global package ranges no matter which country they live in

Review from Operations Dept

Does not equate fairly across geographies

Review from HR Dept

No significant salary increase the last 10 years, but I have assumed more work and responsibilities.

Review from Engineering Dept

Also if no further step in a senior band is possible, small steps in salary (or shares) from time to as recognition for experience and years of service

Review from Legal Dept

if it was inline with the market

Review from HR Dept

third parties regularly offer higher salary and benefits. we loose seasoned employees to those third parties on a regular basis. retaining key employees, staffing at appropriate levels in necessary positions vs broad brush saying there are too many people and then not backfilling/hiring key people

Review from Product Dept

Merit raises have not been kept up to inflation rates even for high performing employees. Health insurance premiums are higher compared to other smaller companies. Unlimited vacation is disincentivizing, employees are taking lot less vacation compared to fixed vacation, leading to burnout.

Review from Sales Dept

I would expect a fair treatment on the salary levels in Turkiye and I am expecting C&B teams to share more information and continue to monitor more carefully the market in Turkiye. My increase is cut this year by manager and C&B. Bonus is the lowest in the range. I expect a fair approach

Review from Executive Dept

The company is making millions in profit - well in excess of targets but salaries are being squeezed and 15% bonus is well below market comparisons

Review from HR Dept

Not same opportunities to grow across the glob, not good salary policies neither (e.g. not possibility of promotion in the same role or salary updates outside EOP period ), no same benefits neither in all the countries.

Review from Finance Dept

my salary is too low related to my job

Review from Engineering Dept

Underpaid compared to counterparts at other companies by $100,000 - $150,000 USD. Benefits are not the best, result in high copayments.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The salary raise does not follow / compensate the last years of inflation in the country. The purchase power of the wage has drastically reduced and the accommodation / food prices are increased. Also the office environment (eg adjustable desk high) is very limited).

Review from Operations Dept

Salary should be fair and comparable to the contribution. Above & Beyond awards.

Review from Finance Dept

Medical benefits are well below industry. Salaries are not increased to compensate.
