Review from HR Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Grades are not equal across businesses and responsibilities.

Review from Finance Dept · Posted 20 days ago

Even though my peer and me have the same role, but compensation and band grade are varying.

Review from Operations Dept

At times I feel undervalued when contributions and impact are not consistently reflected in compensation and growth decisions. Greater transparency, clear benchmarks, and stronger linkage between performance and rewards would improve this. A more structured, merit-based progression framework would s

Review from Operations Dept

Bringing it inline with my internal team performing the same role

Review from HR Dept

I think that for those emplyees that focus on create best eficient process are not evaluated as different as those that do just the work. Also the increase of the salary dont compesate the inflacionary effect of the country and in some case it feels that the salary is been reduce.

Review from Finance Dept

Company undervalues experience gained prior to working at GE Vernova. HR policies disincentivize merit increases for highly experienced employees in order to prioritize much larger merit increases for new hires. Cost of health insurance is much higher for employees with higher salaries.

Review from Engineering Dept

Fair salary comparable to the job deliverables. Cash rewards for outstanding job.

Review from Finance Dept

1. Why do you feel undervalued? I’m already operating at the next-level role consistently. 2. What would make you feel better about compensation? Formal role ele

Review from Operations Dept

Fair salary compared to the market and plan for GE Shares

Review from Operations Dept

Our health care is the most expensive and covers the least from any company I have worked at. More work is given to each manager such as getting rid of the HR help and now putting in on the managers. It takes a manager 10x as long to do the basic things in Workday, like post a new role.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Making sure it is aligned with the market and team members

Review from HR Dept

I feel good, I appreciate it, although I consider that my responsibilities could match a better salary

Review from HR Dept

People with similar position in the market are getting better salary than us, better benefits. No good career opportunities, opportunities are not equal to all the Countries. The Company is not focused on retaining talent but in reducing costs.

Review from Finance Dept

Fair salary. Cash awards instead of 'thank you'.

Review from Finance Dept

As a global leader, some of my direct reports with much less responsibilities earn more than myself as a basic salary.

Review from Engineering Dept

I think that knowing the salary base on other companies on the same city, I feel the undervalued. But I think that there is no information or trasparency on who some one could obtain an increase on salary,

Review from Finance Dept

Using scale on high performers to align salary to accommodate very high performers

Review from HR Dept

The company is doing great but we are operating under austerity measures. There are no budgets for team building, and the T&L costs for a team of 35 people is 8k USD for the whole year, making it impossible to visit our regional partners and strengthen the relationships.

Review from Operations Dept

Increased workload over past 6 months without adjustment in compensation.

Review from Finance Dept

Company benefits have not changed in alignment with the current inflationary environment for years. Some benefits, example: insurance is degrading YoY, seems we're squeezing provider.. provider continuously rejecting claims.. we now have to pay 20% Co-payment!!!
