Not one single thing - I appreciate total pay (salary + bonus), health insurance, the ability to work remotely, and the ability to work a somewhat flexible schedule (taking a couple hours off during the day for an appointment and catching up on work later, for example).

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

* Impact of decisions I make Versus my compensation is not balanced * The compensation is standardized across Engineering irrespective of your role/criticality

The India team is kept with mimum wage and maximum work. Many times we raise the concerns regarding this and other perks like Extra Mile. But always we are met with no results and only more questions. We feel like our voice is never heard here.

Market Correction & Bring back the company shares buying program.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 3 days ago

same company different compensation structure and poor pay for the expectation

Review from Business Development Dept · Posted 3 days ago

I think that on the current market the base salary have been increasing on a low pace and the inflation of living have increase more. In a analitic review I have been lossing economic power

Review from Finance Dept · Posted 3 days ago

Salaried employees pay a lot more for benefits proportionally than hourly employees. Healthcare premiums keep increasing every year but coverage seems to be reduced. Paying more at the doctor's office as well as having more taken out of paycheck. Also bonuses should not be tied to CONTRACTOR safety.

GE is great company with Values it carries but I think compare to others it paycheck should be best in class not at median level. I beleve GEV should invest more on its core resources and for the empoyees who worked here for many years.

Given the workload and leadership I bring to the team, I feel less compensated than I would expect given the amount of value I bring to the table.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 3 days ago

Being very clear on band promotion and career growth and it lacks structured approach. There is not reason for someone to have the exact same R&R, but is in less band than peers and paid less for no valid reason.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 3 days ago

Increased demands on my life without a change in compensation.

Review from IT Dept · Posted 4 days ago

the amount of jobs, the number of issues solved, the responsibilities I have and the competences I put into place and the effectiveness are objectively way above my salary, local level and band

Review from HR Dept · Posted 4 days ago

I do not see a growth opportunity. I have got an extended job 2–3 times when people moved or left their role, with no change in salary or benefits. There has been a continuous roadblock for the next-level role or prom

Grades are not equal across businesses and responsibilities.

Review from Finance Dept

Even though my peer and me have the same role, but compensation and band grade are varying.

Review from Operations Dept

At times I feel undervalued when contributions and impact are not consistently reflected in compensation and growth decisions. Greater transparency, clear benchmarks, and stronger linkage between performance and rewards would improve this. A more structured, merit-based progression framework would s

Review from HR Dept

I think that for those emplyees that focus on create best eficient process are not evaluated as different as those that do just the work. Also the increase of the salary dont compesate the inflacionary effect of the country and in some case it feels that the salary is been reduce.

Review from Finance Dept

Company undervalues experience gained prior to working at GE Vernova. HR policies disincentivize merit increases for highly experienced employees in order to prioritize much larger merit increases for new hires. Cost of health insurance is much higher for employees with higher salaries.

Review from Engineering Dept

Fair salary comparable to the job deliverables. Cash rewards for outstanding job.
