People with similar position in the market are getting better salary than us, better benefits. No good career opportunities, opportunities are not equal to all the Countries. The Company is not focused on retaining talent but in reducing costs.

Too much "perfect world thinking" for lean & total global standardization rather than "good enough", practical "theme or less specific standardization changes" to make things better a a region level. GE split up so we were more agile to the market yet we dont seem to want to be more agile at gemba

Job security should be improved, GE keeps on changing org structure every 6 months, there is hardly time to settle and perform.

The say-do ratio from management is very low. Despite good results for the company, the working conditions are very bad (no resource, issue with IT, computers are old and not well working, access to tools and license is bad, no access to main engineering standards,.....)
