What did you like most about the interview process?

It didn't take all day. Two programming tests, completed by hand. Followed by interview with a manager including a review of the tests.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Low salary compared to San Diego market, no equity because it's a privately held company. %7 pension doesn't really make up for the lack of equity.
