Top leadership is good but first-line managers are toxic

I love what the top leadership is selling. Diversity, well being, balance, growth, and we take care of our customers and each other
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
On my contract, there are people I never see in a meeting or have heard them speak up in 2 years of meetings.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Equal pay for all genders doing the same work. Work-life balance is at the mercy of your first-line manager. No consequences for them if they violate company policy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Last year because the FL manager was too lazy to evaluate each individual, he gave a blanket 1% raise to everyone. Those that worked harder were ignored and those that couldn't be bothered got the same raise.
