What are some of the best things about your team?
no one bother's you. its peaceful.
Diversity, which brings a full circle of information
We are small. We're all on a federal contract and thus the company we work for is at the whim of government contracting. We work for one company for a few years, then another takes over the contract and we start over with vacation hours and 401k vestment. It makes us tight.
We are driven and mission focused
It's a small team and communication from our management has been great.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop hiring tokens. Hire for experience, and promote to keep real talent.
Everyone is at each orher's throats. It's bevome a cesspit.
The conpany needs to hire people for skills and experirnce, not to fo socusl engineering.
They are not a team and spend time undermining each other. They need to work together and own their failures
My co workers are quite their jobs Walking off.
On my contract, there are people I never see in a meeting or have heard them speak up in 2 years of meetings.

Director levels and above need to bring their best selves to the job; pace is very slow, which is partially due to lack of vision and motivation.
