Stop the condescencion bua empty sloganeering. Morale is in the toilet, and people are leaving in droves--at least be honest about it.
Stop over-paying just to keep people in their seats.
Cut the bureaucracy back drastically. Company is over-staffed with a lot of dumb people.
Stop hiring all tgese lazy DEIs.
Stop gold plating and pushing worthless and unneeded services on the government customer.
Eliminate the negative leadership style and perhaps some of the leadership team
