Pretty good. The work has been mostly satisfying, I've been able to learn a lot about the DoD Contracting world. Only real negative is the medical benefits have huge deductibles thanks to former President Obama and rules about military retirees and other insurance.

Interacting with customers and working with other teams internally.

Communication has been stellar in the 2+ years I've worked for them.

It's a small team and communication from our management has been great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fast paced work most of the time, decent benefits and okay pay. Communication from management though, has been great since I've been there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on the generic position descriptions associated with the job when I started compensation was fair. After 2+ years of working there and understanding more about the contract and what is expected of me and compared to other positions with other companies on site we are paid some of the lowest.
