What makes you most happy at work? When it is time to go home.
What makes you most happy at work?Getting to do what I love.
What did you like most about the interview process?I was introduced to several different potential managers instead of it just being a one-on-one meeting
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Low level managers have complete discretion. I would reign that in. I interviewed for two positions but was passed over out of nepotism in one case and incompetence in the other because they were accepting applications even after they selected someone.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Eliminate the insane degree of bureaucracy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Benefits are pretty standard and prices increase more than raises and inflation. No bonus for majority of employees. Buildings are falling apart. No stock discount.
