The people I work with on the ground at my remote position, they are all military or Govt Civ and do the best they can to help me get my job done.
Some good coworkers and interesting jobs.

Not fair pay for what we do

Unproven managers in place to make decisions. No clue to what they are doing. Don't stand up to support staff vs. customer. Customer makes unrealistic demands, and management does not push back.
Open enrollment gets very hectic and can be a bit overwhelming.

Right now we are following the guidelines to ensure that this company is successful. Everyone wants the company to succeed and not shut down. Our livelihood depends on it.
