Keeping safety as a number one priority
Mosh employees have an extreme sense of pride in the material that we deliver to the Navy.
Positive outlook only exists online. In person is a different story than portrayed online.
The team is welcoming to different points of views and ideas.
They other team members, even with working remotely due to COVID everyone is still upbeat.

My coworkers are what keep me going on a daily basis. Otherwise, poor higher mgmt, customer is difficult and demanding, and roles require to perform more duties not within scope of position, but no compensation.

I work in one of GDIT's CCOs taking customer service calls for a government contract. While I can't speak for other parts of the company, the CCO environment is comfortable and generally light-hearted.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Treat it like a business. Value productivity. Treat people fairly. Correct problems and improve processes.
If you arent harrassing and making fun of all the cultures then your an outcast.
