We have a great base line structure and it's amazing to know that there is something default to. But as long as we keep our policies and values in mind we can apply our own structure on to that. The company nurtures our differences and sees that everyone has something to give and we work to apply it

We only have about 2 company meetings a year. More communication from management to floor employees and better system for raises

Most of the work is independent but i can usually count on coworkers to assist with issues, however, conversations within the office are often spread around and reported to management that reflects poorly on the team as a whole
