The focus on feedback allows for a more free thinking environment. While my direct ideas may not be the direction we move in, I know that giving my feedback does have impact. It is important in a company, especially one so big with so many LOB that everyone has their voice heard.

Trusting employees and creating more efficient systems
Reevaluate benefits, salaries, and listen to staff. Not many women in current gov. contract, or women paid less than men in IT field. Also, there are no women who hold any mgmt positions on current gov contract. I find this disheartening. I also don't feel there is a good mix of ethnicity.

Supervisors that are more suitable need to be put in those positions, not just giving the job to anyone because they're your buddy. A lot of good employees have left because of this favoritism.

Getting to know what are mission is, and how what we have to go through to deliver on unrealistic expectations. We have 3 dopes that have no clue what is going on, yet making the decisions.
We are pressing forward. The team notify us immediately of any changes.
