Trusting employees and creating more efficient systems
Reevaluate benefits, salaries, and listen to staff. Not many women in current gov. contract, or women paid less than men in IT field. Also, there are no women who hold any mgmt positions on current gov contract. I find this disheartening. I also don't feel there is a good mix of ethnicity.

Benefits were reduced when GDIT purchased small company. Much more difficult for promotions, loss of leave, loss of holidays, smaller bonuses/raises, healthcare poor. Out of pocket expenses are very high! Minimal options for other healthcare (only co--insurance)!

They ask literally 3 questions, no drug testing, no job testing. They're a terrible place to work and have a horrible turnover rate, therefore are just looking to hire many people quickly to meet their needs.
