Mr. Donal Leo Mulligan, also known as Don, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of General Mills, Inc. since August 2007. Mr. Mulligan serves as the Chief Financial Officer of DeMoulas Super Markets, Inc. (now known as Market Basket, Inc.). He served as a Senior Vice President of Financial Operations at General Mills Inc. since July 1, 2007 and served as its Vice President from January 2006 to July 1, 2007. Previously, he served for two years as Vice President, Finance for General Mills' Technical Community, overseeing the Finance function for the Supply Chain, R&D and Quality Assurance groups and six years as Chief Financial Officer of General Mills International. From 1987 to 1998, Mr. Mulligan worked at PepsiCo., holding several international positions including Americas Region Vice President-Finance, Latin America Region Vice President-Finance, Asia Region Planning Director, Canada Finance Director and PepsiCo International Planning Manager. He began his career in 1985 with GTE. He has been an Independent Director of Tennant Company since 2009. He served as Director of General Mills Holding (Australia) Pty Ltd. from January 24, 2006 to April 7, 2015. He serves on the University of Michigan's Ross Business School Corporate Advisory Board. He serves on the board of Twin Cities Catholic Charities. Mr. Mulligan holds an MBA from the University of Michigan in 1985 and a BA from Duke University in 1983.
