Ms. Pillai began her financial career at Procter & Gamble, where she progressed through a wide range of financial leadership roles during her 16-year tenure, including category management, international operations, systems, brands, manufacturing and treasury. She is a member of CIEBA (a professional group of Corporate Retirement plan sponsors); a Director on the Board of Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis where she chairs their Investment Committee; a Director on the Board of the Catholic Community Foundation of St. Paul and Minneapolis and is a member of their Investment Committee; and a member of the Investment Advisory Board of the University of Minnesota. Ms. Pillai holds BA degree St. Xavier's College in India; MA in Economics at Temple University and MBA in Finance and Marketing at Case Western University.
