Love it. Came in, felt loved and accepted by everyone, and then put my nose to the grindstone and moved into a management position very quickly as I am a very heavy team player. Boss is great, coworkers are fun and hardworking, and I just dont see myself anywhere else!
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers, my clients, my hard work and success in implementing my ideas and having them build success in the company. In that order!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our owner/CEO is very VERY inclusive of our ideas about diversity, culture, and happiness. That's my favorite part by a long shot. Feeling like our ideas and happiness matters is such an insane feeling at a company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was recently promoted, so I was included in the talks of what would make a great benefit package. It was very fair with what I asked and what was in the package, so I am super happy with how things are going!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that my leadership team not only recognizes hard and smart work, but recognizes leaders as the company grows. They are providing me with the skills necessary to be a great leader, and hone the skills to take the company to new heights. The organic growth we are going through is amazing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have become friends very quickly. We have an amazing environment that we come into every day so everyone works together well. Like any company, we have our ups and downs, and turnover. But we feel like a small family. We have a lot of different people here and we all like each other.
