What is the best part about your compensation package?The hourly pay is in line with every one else and the bonuses on the appointments are especially nice.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Hourly pay should be higher. Bonuses are good but can fluctuate based on campaign so i wish the hourly was a higher rate.
