Bonuses are pretty much guaranteed even during recessions and pandemics. ESOP and profit sharing are good

The interviewers were nice and friendly.
Well it depends on the level you are coming in but the recruiting team is fantastic.

Confidence and positivism from the begining
The interviewer made me feel comfortable
3 stages - HR - Manager - Manager + Team. It wasn't hard but it also wasn't a breeze. You have to prepare and be ready - so as long as you are prepared - the process was really not bad. Everyone was also extremely warm and welcoming. Gensler gets it.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers who are good friends.
Making connections w/ my colleagues, giving clients beautiful designs and being able to touch so many in a positive way.
