honestly, the volume of calls its high, very very high, there is not enough time to rest a little bit. It is very stressful to be working for hours and getting only 15 mins of break and 40 to eat. The payment is very good, but eventually I will look for something else because of the amount of stress

People first: I guess is just that some people on the management part doesn't seem to be compromised with the motto.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We need more personal or less calls, honestly. I'm getting sick because of the level of stress I'm getting everyday. This is madness.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always trying to help. My boss and engagements are always taking good care of us. But they have instructions to make us work harder no matter what. the Manager make them behave like that.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The manager doesn't seem to care about the mental health of the employees. Honestly, she is one of the unreachable people of this company. I had better experiences from people of human resources and other administrative departments than with her. She only talks about doing more and more.
