Listen what representatives says about the customer interaction. We know! We are the workforce

My supervisor is awesome. He takes care about people. But is under control the manager so, he can't do more
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a lot of pressure to accomplish goals, having 3 customers at the same time is not good to reach that metrics. I feel overwhelmed all the time. So that is why I belive the compensation is not good enough
