They listen and try to understand the problem and give you a solution.

tech support i guess :P i like helping ppl sometimes i'm helping my co workers but it's not all the time hehehe
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
you can get along easier with ppl and they are open to help and talk if u need to. i really like them <3
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
what i thin k is at least in the campaign i am sometimes to get help it takes too long more than 5min and sometimes more than that so what i suggest is to have ppl who can help sups and do stuff but not too much it could be helpful
