I can say it has helped me a lot. I have never worked sales and none the less misdialed sales. That I can say was a challenge and still is till today. But a learning process that has helped me personally I can say.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I enjoyed the interview. It was friendly and easy-going. It was also very informative and well described the job offer to which I was applying to. Very professional I might say.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Well, they motivate you with some in-house prices such as lunch, coffee, snacks, etc. And the Christmas raffle. Well the culture itself they are understanding and supportive when you need their help. They provide emotional support also.

What makes you most happy at work?

Interacting with my coworkers and well I really enjoy my coworkers. I work from home due to the pandemic and well I enjoy my colleagues' jokes and well teamwork. Because one thing for sure they are all good team players and that makes work easier.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I would have to say the communication and the respect. I like working in a peaceful environment and well sometimes it could get stressful at work and well my Supervisor understands that and well he provides us with the atmosphere to relax and enjoy what we do. And someone we can approach for help.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Well, I feel we get paid a salary too low for what it's really worth. I like the company it's very comforting and reliable. But we could get better pay or maybe some restaurant vouchers. I think it should be considered due to the type of calls we are taking they are very high-stress truth-speaking.
