PTOs + 2 week company shutdown every year. Relocation package is very generous even for some interns. RSUs and ESPP. Stock refresh could be better though

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Managers are demeaning, petty and want you to quit so they're critical and grt promoted.

Appreciation about work and recognition for effort

Just be nice. They are mean

Poor leadership and overpaid leadership
