I'm lucky to be in a team that is not understaffed. My boss is good.

All done in 1 day. They had me interview with senior directors and these people made the decision without having to interview with manager-level people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTOs + 2 week company shutdown every year. Relocation package is very generous even for some interns. RSUs and ESPP. Stock refresh could be better though
