Gladly Software was founded in 2014 and its current CEO is Joseph Ansanelli. Since its inception 12 years ago, Gladly Software has grown to 78 employees.

With Gladly, agents are empowered to be naturally productive, with a modern messaging interface that gives them the ability to communicate across channels.
