I love GA and the opportunities, but with the recent KKR buyout I feel a little uneasy about the future of my position. I feel respected and well paid, benefits are great. I struggle a little with the PTO policy, but all in all I'm happy to work for GA!

I am very satisfied with my insurance premiums and coverage.

We work well together and keep each other uplifted and accountable.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am in finance so I understand the demands of my job/hours, but I feel backed into a corner with PTO and days in office and how to have work life balance when I feel pinned in. The new policy that was sent out recently about making up PTO so that our in office average is up really has me flustered.
