When a new hire reaches out saying how happy they are that they are at GA.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Sense of humor. Lots of laughs come out from our side of the office. I have not had that kind of work experience before.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The collaboration. We are all willing to jump in and interact with others to get the job done. It makes you feel included, and recognized.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their presence, it feels like we have leadership support across the board which allows for a true team environment to be created. Strong foundations propel teams to new heights.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is competitive, and that is really all you can ask for. Pretty soon there will be job descriptions advertising compensation everywhere. The smart companies will be a step ahead of all that by providing realistic compensation to employees.
