Everyone pitches to support each other and ensure we are all successful. There is a genuine concern about each other and commitment to the company's success.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very competitive pay, excellent bonus opportunity and equity awards. Additionally, we have received holiday bonuses the last two years, as well as competitive annual merit increases. While some companies are laying off or cutting pay, our company continues to reward and recognize us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their in-depth knowledge about the industry, our customers and what it takes to be successful and have a long-term, viable future. They routinely spend time walking around and engaging with team members at all levels and regularly provide verbal and financial recognition for our efforts.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They embraced me from day one and made me feel part of the team. They regularly include me, show me respect, celebrate and recognize my contributions and personal and professional support. As a team, we do a good job of holding each other accountable while constantly being willing to help as needed.
