My colleagues, work environment and typical day to day duties.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best parts of our compensation package include the flexibility of working a hybrid model and our benefits package (insurance, PTO, 401K).
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're a lean and nimble team and because of that we're very tight knit. The best part of this is getting to collaborate, and feeling like a cohesive team. We all provide support to one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership clearly cares about and values people. From the customers and communities we serve and of course the employees. The tight knit community feel that leadership has built and maintained is one of the best parts of our culture!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diversity and inclusivity is one of the best things about our company culture. Prior to this company, I never thought of corporate environments (specifically in the finance/insurance space) to be diverse or inclusive. GA has blown my expectations away.
