It started out great, but over the last year, I would rather be anywhere but here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is hard to say, the positivity is gone.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communicating openly and honestly and not only caring about themselves. (that is driven from my teams management example)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to those on the front line associates and being realistic with the functionality of new technology and understand when those using the tools talk about the issues
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay, We are not offering a living wage and wage increases are not even keeping up with the cost of living increase and inflation. I lose money by staying here. With no added expenses in my family, I began as lower middle class, now (with a significant job move) I am on Medicare and Food Stamps.
