I enjoy working for GA, however I do feel that they are quick to hire outide the company instead of promoting from within. Also, benefits are not fairly distributed - some departments are given higher value than others and it decreases morale
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
While the benefits and pay are good, my office location is often treated as an after thought. They are currently downsizing our space and going to be putting 18 people in 22 seats, with no space for growth or private conversations. Not looking forward to being on top of each other

Very attractive yearly bonus is nice

We get along well, we work well together, we pitch in when needed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would love to be fairly compensated across offices. Also would like the same perks/benefits as other departments, ie lifestly benefits amount.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Its not that I necessarily think my coworkers need to improve, its thta I don't feel that we need to be in the office to work together in an effective way.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I just do not enjoy going into the office. Our office is small and everyone I interact with is located in other offices and I do that on the phone or via zoom. So it seems pointless to drive into the office to do that when I can do it from home.
