The focus on inclusivity. I still think we can do better but we are definitely headed in the right direction.

It's great that the leadership is relatable/approachable. It makes it easier to work in a place that you feel cared about.

I love my team, we are all very collaborative and get along great, which is so important. no matter how high the workload or stress of a project I am working on , I look forward to working with my team daily.
