
The most positive thing about the culture and environment is getting to help coworkers and getting to work through problems we all are facing.
I feel like the best part of my leadership team is that they will listen to concerns/problems that might arise throughout the work day.
I feel like a lot of times we will find issues within the systems we are working-we will bring up concerns and be dismissed but then the problems we are encountering will come back bigger a week later and will have to be addressed. I think that we should be heard out the first time and not dismissed
I feel like as a team we are expected to do a lot more work at the moment to make up with being put behind by switching systems. We are almost expected to work over time but when we get paid it's does not feel like we have been paid much extra for the hours we're putting in after taxes.
