love love love that we focus on diversity and inclusion. Feels like a safe and warming environment and i never dread coming to work
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That we are given more than one bonus a year. I don't use the medical benefits but appreciate they stay in tune with market trends to keep us on track with our salary and bonus structure
What makes you most happy at work?
absolutely the flexibility! I don't even think about going anywhere else or even looking because i love how flexible the company is. Life safety if bad weather, hy-brid work schedule, able to make up time if you have an appointment, being able to work from home etc... Absolutely amazing
