The smiles, the atmosphere of acceptance, having the DEI and EEAC etc...makes it easy to make new friends and give back to GA. That's why I am co-lead of events! We have a home here.

New fresh faces coming into executive positions are vested in our growth as a company and being transparent with employees. We count on that to understand how our company focus is now and in the future and what steps the teams will work together to achieve those goals.

We laugh. We grumble together, we have formed a little family where we have build an environment of trust and open forum to enhance and be sure we are producing the best work possible and we all want to make our larger team proud. We are proud to be part of Marketing

Bonus time! Getting a bonus for the holidays is huge. I didn't expect that and it really helps. Then getting another bonus and possible promotion (that happened last time!) and it's just so amazing to be encouraged to grow in my job and look at others in case I want to move around the company.

The leadership team not only runs the show, but are so approachable and genuine. All employees at GA are treated with the highest respect and I feel so appreciated everyday. I feel like we are an integral part of their team, which motivates me to bring in ideas and I know I am encouraged to do so.
