Bonus time! Getting a bonus for the holidays is huge. I didn't expect that and it really helps. Then getting another bonus and possible promotion (that happened last time!) and it's just so amazing to be encouraged to grow in my job and look at others in case I want to move around the company.
The leadership team not only runs the show, but are so approachable and genuine. All employees at GA are treated with the highest respect and I feel so appreciated everyday. I feel like we are an integral part of their team, which motivates me to bring in ideas and I know I am encouraged to do so.
