My manager LEADS by example. I cannot regard anyone else's.

Many of the team members are willing to help, knowledgeable, kind and have a great work ethic and personality to go with it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This position requires so many small components to handle day to day responsibilities that is should start at a rate of $2-3 more/hr.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being challenged to grow in the position I'm in which pushes me to grow personally beyond the box I can very often put myself in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As a person of color, it's comforting to see the faces of the other BIPOC people here. It can be very intimidating not to have this.
