I walk in the door and I know what I need to do. I do not have to use valuable time waiting for other people, which is nice for my level of productivity. I always love to get right to it when I get to work and that is exactly what we do here.

My team are already working together very well and bright both in mind and spirit.

I love the friendliness and how informative the team is for any situation that I have come across.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love seeing what decorations my neighbors have set out in their offices as well as coming to a place where the focus is to help other people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I find the environment very inclusive and welcoming to everyone and the culture to be one in the same for all the departments here. It does not seem like the divisions are separate like I might see in other places. Everyone seems to connect with one another very well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I find it makes a lot of sense that an insurance company that focuses on preneed, life, and annuity to provide their employees with such insurance 100 paid for. I love that part of the compensation package, though I really love not having to worry about making my day-to-day lunch.
