i have worked at GA for 15+ years, All in all I am proud to work for GA and feel i have been treated very well. The past year or so the amount of pressure and stress has become quite large. It feels there are not enough employees to keep up with the amount of work and demands from GA and KKR

The diversity and inclusion seems to be a top priority
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I will again say the inclusion and diversity that GA offers is top notch
What makes you most happy at work?
i like doing a good job, i dont need to have constant praise for doing a good job, but being recognized goes along way and rarely happens
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and hiring more people. We loose people to attrition and instead of that job being refilled it is absorbed by others. This happens way too much. We are all stressed
