I have had a great experience at my company. I have been given great opportunities to work hard and work on important projects. I also am often recognized for my hard work and well compensated. Downside is that I think people are burnt out because we are understaffed and asked to do too much

My family greatly benefited from the progyny fertility benefits which has been the most valuable benefit for me
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Decisions aren't made quickly or communicated well. Projects stale because management cannot come to a decision on things.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to see my hard work come to fruitarian when I am able to help make decisions that get implemented
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers aren't willing to step up and do things outside of their defined tasks. If I need help on something it's hard to find. They aren't willing to go above and beyond the bare minimum
