I like it here, I just wish that the pay was equal for all offices and that some didn't get the option to work fully remote and that there was more room for growth.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other offices get paid more than we do because of their location, the job should pay the same no matter where you live because you're doing the same work. Some employees also get to work remote permanently, so they don't have to spend the gas money to come into the office while others don't.
