Out of all the jobs I have had, this by far has been the best. The people I work with all share common goals. We want to individually excel but know we cannot do it without each other. This togetherness is what makes me enjoy working at Global Atlantic. I really feel apart of a team.

Their open-door policy. They want to be accessible and quite frankly look for opportunities to facilitate that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all work had together but equally understand that time away from work is important. Management and coworkers encourage work life balance
