my team was hired together, trained together, and have a great working relationship as a team. Feel really lucky.

i enjoy that they work next to us on the work floor. That hey make an effort to be seen and say hello.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They do a lovely job with coffee, snacks, and lunch. They make sure we have all the tools we need to do our job. We are encouraged to make suggestions to improve our job and the work we do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We live in CT the cost of living is high and I don't believe we are compensated with the cost of living in mind. I've had to take a 2nd job to pay my bills as a single Mom. The demand to be present at work for 40 hours leaves me needing to hire help for my kiddo, This is also a huge gap in the pay.
