Jane Marie Elliott — Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President at Global Payments

Ms. Jane Marie Elliott has been the Chief Administrative Officer at Global Payments Inc since JULY,2016 and its Executive Vice President at since November 2013. Ms. Elliott served as Chief of Staff at Global Payments Inc since November 2013 until JULY,2016 and Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning & Investor Relations at Global Payments Inc. from April 2010 to December 2013. She joined Global Payments in October 2001. Prior to joining Global Payments, she worked at First Data for nine years. There, she held numerous positions including financial analysis, planning and SEC reporting in both Georgia and Nebraska before becoming Senior Director of Investor Relations. Ms. Elliott served as the Chairman of The Atlanta Chapter of the National Investors Relations Institute. She started her career with Laventhol & Horwath Certified Public Accountants in New York City receiving her CPA. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology in New York. Ms. Elliott is a member of the Atlanta Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and also the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
